HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
La Lune Collection may be purchased directly through our online store or by calling us at 1-414-263-5300. Interior designers, architects, specifiers, and other members of the trade may also purchase La Lune Collection from any of our showrooms. See La Lune Showrooms list. You will receive an email acknowledgement from La Lune Collection within 48 hours confirming that your order has been placed. If you have any questions or trouble with our online system for any reason, please call us Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time) at 414-263-5300 and a very friendly customer service person will help you complete your order.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email acknowledgement from La Lune Collection within 48 hours confirming that your order has been placed. Please review this acknowledgement and custom drawings (if any) carefully, and advise us of any errors or omissions immediately. When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for shipping. All orders are shipped via our preferred freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. After your order has shipped, you will receive a phone call from one of our preferred carriers to schedule your local delivery. Please contact us if you would like to check the status of an existing order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from La Lune Collection within 48 hours confirming that your order has been placed and advising estimated delivery time. Your order will then be hand-made just for you by our artisans here in Wisconsin. Please contact us to inquire regarding our ability to comply with rush orders. The delivery time for commercial orders is quoted individually.

AM I ABLE TO VISIT THE LA LUNE COLLECTION FACTORY AND/OR SHOWROOM IN MILWAUKEE? WHAT ARE YOUR SHOWROOM HOURS?
We are always happy to welcome visitors to our beautiful factory! All visits, however, need to be scheduled "by appointment only" - please contact us to schedule your visit.
CAN LA LUNE FURNITURE BE USED OUTDOORS?
La Lune Collection seating and tables may be used outdoors but only as described below. At check-out you will be asked to specify if the furniture will be used "indoors", “outdoors under cover” (under a roofed area) , or “completely outdoors”. If seating is specified for any type of outdoor use, then the seat cushions will be made with our outdoor grade fabric and fill, and the deck below the seat cushion will be made of wood spindles. Tables specified for outdoor use will have cedar plank tops. The natural finish on bark (N) and the premium finishes on bark (P) may be used “outdoors under cover” but not recommended for “completely outdoors”. The peeled bark finishes may be used in any outdoor installation, unless otherwise noted. All orders specified for “completely outdoors” will be made with peeled bark cedar. All cedar furniture will have some checking and cracking, however, this is a natural characteristic of cedar and will not affect the structural integrity of the furniture. When used outdoors, the furniture should be resealed at least once per year with a clear exterior varnish and should be stored indoors during the winter months. Please contact us with any questions regarding outdoor use and maintenance.
CAN LA LUNE FURNITURE BE USED IN COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS?
The entire La Lune Collection line is designed and constructed to withstand heavy commercial use. La Lune Collection has stood the test of time for over 30 years in the most demanding installations including restaurants, hotels, casinos, coffee shops, theme parks, shopping malls, hospitals, and retail stores. IS LA LUNE FURNITURE ECO-FRIENDLY?
Since our company’s inception in 1979, before eco-friendly became fashionable, we have been concerned about our environment and particularly about deforestation by the lumber and furniture industries. COULD I ORDER AN ITEM WITH A DIFFERENT FABRIC THAN WHAT IS AVAILABLE ONLINE?
In addition to the 20 La Lune Collection fabrics available online, you may also select and send us your own fabrics (COM). For more information, see the Customer's Own Material section of the Basics Tab on each product page. COM orders are priced the same as orders in La Lune Collection fabrics.
You may also select any of the fabrics from the Sunbrella indoor/outdoor upholstery line at a surcharge. If you wish to specify a Sunbrella fabric, simply visit the Sunbrella fabrics website and let us know your selection(s). We will individually quote the cost of your order made using the Sunbrella fabrics of your choice. See Sunbrella fabrics.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS AND COSTS FOR DELIVERY?
Shipping charges are based on zip code, item(s), weight, and the delivery services required, and represent our cost from our preferred carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. There are 3 delivery options: Standard Residential Freight Delivery, Optional Residential Threshold Delivery, or Optional White Glove Delivery. CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED TO ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA?
Our online shipping process is to the continental United States only. Please contact us to inquire regarding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
La Lune will accept reasonable changes to orders or shipping subject to our ability to conform to the change requested, however, we are not required to accept changes requested after order confirmation. Changes may result in the re-scheduling of your order and may be subject to additional charges.
WHAT ARE PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal or Business Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks. Since your order will be handmade just for you (not a stock item), we require a 50% deposit to initiate your order and the balance when the order ships. If you use a credit card we will charge 50% of the total sale at the time that you place the order and charge the balance to your credit card when your order ships. WILL YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Tax is charged only if the order is shipping to Wisconsin. All orders sold for resale/to the trade are tax exempt.
I AM A DESIGNER/ARCHITECT/SPECIFIER/DEALER. HOW DO I REGISTER TO BE IN YOUR TRADE MEMBER PROGRAM?
To become a registered La Lune Collection Trade member and receive to-the-trade pricing, please complete and return the registration form with a copy of your Resale Certificate. See For The Trade.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY?
Since your order will be handmade just for you (not a stock item), the acceptance of your order by La Lune is final and binding and is not subject to cancellation without the written consent of La Lune. A cancellation fee of from 25% to the total amount of the order is applicable on all cancelled orders. Because your order is handmade for you, only defective or damaged merchandise can be returned.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Each piece of La Lune furniture is carefully inspected and packed upon completion to ensure safe transport to you. We have also selected our preferred carriers for their quality-of-service and care of the product. In the unlikely event of damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and save all packing materials. If the shipment is not delivered in accordance with the quantity of packages shown on the delivery receipt, do not sign for or accept the shipment until such shortages are noted on the delivery receipt (the Bill of Lading). Please contact us ASAP for assistance with any damage, loss, or returns. Claims for loss or damage are valid only when La Lune is notified within five (5) days from the delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
La Lune warrants that each piece of La Lune furniture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship given normal indoor residential or commercial use for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover outdoor use due to variables such as weather, maintenance, pests, and other elements that are not under our control.
